Er ist ein frontaler Angriff auf das Berufsfeld der Sozialen Arbeit\u201c, zeigt sich die Bundesarbeitsgemeinschaft der Fanprojekte (BAG) in einer ersten Stellungnahme entsprechend schockiert.<\/p><p>Der Karlsruher Rechtsstreit hatte zum Ende des vergangenen Jahres bundesweit Schlagzeilen gemacht: Nachdem die hauptamtlich Mitarbeitenden des sozialp\u00e4dagogischen Fanprojektes nach einer Pyro-Aktion im Karlsruher Stadion eine professionelle Aufarbeitung mit den Fans initiiert hatten, versuchte die dortige Staatsanwaltschaft, hieraus Informationen f\u00fcr das laufende Verfahren zu gewinnen und lud das Karlsruher Fanprojekt als Zeug*innen vor. Die Mitarbeitenden verweigerten jedoch, mit Verweis auf die zugesagte Vertraulichkeit der Gespr\u00e4che, die Aussage. Zuletzt stand deshalb sogar eine Beugehaft f\u00fcr die Fanprojekt-Mitarbeitenden im Raum, um die Aussagen zu erzwingen. Diese Beugehaft konnte jedoch in letzter Sekunde abgewendet werden.<br \/><br \/>\u201eDer Versuch der Staatsanwaltschaft Karlsruhe, die professionelle Arbeit des Fanprojekts Karlsruhe, die sich einem sensiblen Thema vor Ort mit einem sozialp\u00e4dagogischen und moderierenden Ansatz gen\u00e4hert hat, nun als eine Strafvereitelung darzustellen, ist hochgradig perfide und juristisch nicht begr\u00fcndbar\u201c, so die BAG Fanprojekte weiter. \u201eDie Grundpfeiler der Sozialen Arbeit, nicht nur bei Fu\u00dfball-Fanprojekten, sind Vertraulichkeit, Parteilichkeit und Freiwilligkeit gegen\u00fcber der Zielgruppe \u2013 also jenen Menschen, mit denen wir p\u00e4dagogisch und pr\u00e4ventiv gem\u00e4\u00df unseres Auftrags arbeiten. Nur wenn dieses Vertrauensverh\u00e4ltnis aufrechterhalten wird, k\u00f6nnen Fanprojekte nachhaltig Arbeit gegen Gewalt, Rassismus und Diskriminierung leisten. Dies findet seit Jahrzehnten bundesweit Anerkennung.\u201c<br \/><br \/>Das Agieren der Staatsanwaltschaft Karlsruhe unterstreiche einmal mehr, wie dringend ein Zeugnisverweigerungsrecht (ZVR) f\u00fcr die Soziale Arbeit gebraucht werde: \u201eDas Berufsbild hat sich weiterentwickelt und die jetzige Ampel-Koalition muss nach dem \u201aFall Karlsruhe\u2018 der Sozialen Arbeit die gesetzliche M\u00f6glichkeit verschaffen, die Aussage in sensiblen Fragen verweigern zu d\u00fcrfen. Es darf nicht der Willk\u00fcr einzelner Staatsanw\u00e4lte \u00fcberlassen sein, ob sie die Arbeit von Sozialarbeiter*innen und Sozialp\u00e4dagog*innen als professionellen Ansatz w\u00fcrdigen, oder ob sie hieraus im schlimmsten Fall sogar Straftaten konstruieren\u201c, fordert die BAG Fanprojekte.<br \/><br \/>Zuletzt d\u00fcrfe auch das pers\u00f6nliche Schicksal der Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus Karlsruhe nicht vergessen werden: \u201eHier geht es um Menschen, die seit Monaten auch im Privaten einem enormen Druck der Justiz ausgesetzt und mit einer Vorstrafe bedroht sind \u2013 und das nur, weil sie ihren Beruf nach fachlichen Standards ausge\u00fcbt haben. Es ist unfassbar, dass Menschen im Jahr 2024 f\u00fcr ihre anerkannte und nachhaltig wirksame Arbeit strafrechtlich belangt werden k\u00f6nnen.\u201c<br \/><br \/><strong>Die BAG Fanprojekte steht daher geschlossen hinter den Kolleginnen und Kollegen in Karlsruhe.
